Honey and mustard dressing is a delicious dressing that's really easy to make, and is great drizzled over a wide range of salads.
We enjoy it with my beetroot, goats cheese and almond and roasted cauliflower, sultana and pistachio salads, but it's also lovely on a simple green or mixed salad too.
It'also works really well as a lighter dressing for coleslaws, including my husband's favourite red cabbage, walnut and cranberry slaw, which he requests on a weekly basis!
1 tablespoon of runny honey
½ tablespoon of Dijon mustard
½ tablespoon of wholegrain mustard
2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
6 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
Seasoning
Method
- Place all the dressing ingredients into a jug or jar and mix or shake well to combine.
- Adjust to taste.
