2 tablespoons of olive oil

225g raw king prawns

2 garlic cloves

1 1/2 teaspoons of Piment d'espelette

Fresh flat leaf parsley

1/2 Lemon

Method

Method

  1. Devein the prawns.
  2. Peel and grate the garlic.
  3. Finely chop a few sprigs of parsley.
  4. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat.
  5. When the pan is hot, throw in the prawns and and cook for 3-4 minutes until the prawns are cooked through.
  6. Remove from the heat.  Squeeze over some lemon and and sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley.
